SNOWLAND AT THE GREAT WOLF LODGE
Becker Group Teams With Leading Family Resort
To Create Indoor Winter Wonderland
BALTIMORE, December 2, 2005 – The Becker Group today announced today that it has partnered with leading family resort Great Wolf Lodge to create an immersive, interactive holiday winter wonderland within six of the company’s hotel properties. The attractions, which will be on display from December 2 nd through December 31 st, will replicate the wonder of Santa’s North Pole inside the lobby of each property.
As part of the project, Becker Group worked with Great Wolf Lodge to transform the lobbies at the six properties into “Snowland,” capturing the magical experience of walking inside Santa’s workshop at the North Pole. The experience features simulated indoor snow, ice and icicles including continuous indoor snowfall (through an overhead snow machine); multiple 24-foot Christmas trees including a Santa station; and giant overhanging snowflakes and winter décor.
“Great Wolf Lodge is one of the nation’s premier family resorts renowned for delivering an incredible experience for both parents and children alike,” said Glenn Tilley, President of the Becker Group. “We greatly enjoyed combining our creative forces to develop an interactive, immersive experience that channeled the fun and imaginative atmosphere of Great Wolf into a holiday attraction that is sure to be deeply enjoyed by hotel guests of all ages.”
