Last season Walibi came back to the Netherlands and gave the name to Walibi World. The park was already very popular with thrill seekers because of the many sensational roller coasters. The last season not only they, but also lot’s of families with kids came to Walibi World. The themed area that is especially made for the youngest hero’s was extended with new attractions and the show of Walibi and his Friends. The unique Splash Battle was introduced and even won the award for best new attraction in Europe. The Goal of Walibi World to become a park that offers an unforgettable day for people of all ages, has succeeded. It doesn’t matter how old you are and how much adrenaline you like to experience… In Walibi World you will enjoy a day that jumps out!

A TRIP AROUND THE WORLD IN WALIBI WORLD
Walibi has been on a trip around the World for 5 years and that shows in the park! When you wander through the beautiful themed areas of Walibi World, you can imagine yourself travelling around the world. The one moment you will find yourself in Hollywood during the fifties with shiny old timers around you. The other moment you walk on Boulevard de Paris, with a tasty waffle in your hands. From the impressive Giant Wheel you have an amazing view over the park and the surroundings. From here you can decide where you trip is going to start. First heading to Mexico, to concur the wild
Rio Grande and after that to Italy to fly away in Piccolini? Or do you prefer to go to Sherwood Forest first to make an adventures ride in the gigantic wooden roller coaster Robin Hood? Walibi Land is especially made for the kids, who can fly around in a big balloon or get launched in Oscar’s Tree house. For thrill seekers Speed Zone is the place to be with attractions like Space Shot and Mega coaster Goliath where the G Forces are tempted. Feel like relaxing after all this travelling? Sit down and enjoy one of the three spectacular shows, lay down in the grass or relax on none of the nice
terraces.

2006 A SEASON FILLED WITH SUPRISES
Walibi World is famous for its great events that are promised to be even more fun this year! During the summer New Year’s Eve will be celebrated five times, including champagne, count down and smashing fireworks at midnight. In October you can get the creeps during Happy and Scary Halloween.

This season on the 25th of May, Walibi World introduces a new event: “Wicked Walibi”. The park will be opened until eleven at night and during this extra long day, everything will be different! It promises to be a wicked and surprisingly funny day!

The cartoon hero’s Jan Jans and the kids are in Walibi World from the 14th of April until the 5th of June. They will have their own exhibition! On the 4th of June Grandchildren can have the day of the year with Grandfather and Grandmother during the Grandpa and Grandma Day. Fans of Soccer don’t have to stay home to watch TV. All the matches played in the World Championships are broadcasted live in the park on a big screen!

This season Walibi World also introduces two new shows: “The making of King Solomon’s Mines” and “Freak Circus”. But the show won’t stop when you leave the theatre. Also on the streets you will be surprised! All together 2006 will be a year that jumps out!
